Members Website
This part of the web site provides information for the members of the organisation on: minutes from meetings, important dates of forthcoming events/training sessions and programming schedules.
To access this area, you will need to have had your email address added to the membership database.
Important Information For Accessing The Members Site
The Members Website has recently been upgraded to use an encrypted web-link to help protect log-in credentials and other data. However, most web browsers will show a warning message that the website's identity cannot be authenticated when establishing the encrypted link. This is not something to worry about, but the information below should help you. If you are still concerned about this message, please email me: Dave Smith - dave@nobodynet.net

Accepting Self-Signed Certificates In Internet Explorer 6
After clicking on the ENTER link above, you will be shown the box below. Please select "Yes", as shown
Sadly, unlike other browsers, it is not possible to permanently accept a self-signed certificate in IE, and so this will have to be done every time you visit the members website.

After clicking on the ENTER link above, following box will be shown. Click "Accept this certificate permanently" followed by "OK", both circled in red here

Accepting Self-Signed Certificates In Firefox 3 / Iceweasel 3
There are several steps to this, but if these instructions are followed, you should only have to do this once
After clicking on the ENTER link above, following page will be shown. There may or may not also be an "Alert" box (as shown here). Click "OK" on the Alert box, and "Or you can add an exception...", both circled in red here
Next click "Add Exception..."
A new box will be shown, warning you that "Legitimate banks, stores, and other public sites will not ask you to do this'. This is true in most cases. However, we are a charity, and unable to afford the money required to avoid this message. Click "Get Certificate"
Finally, ensure that "Permanently store this exception" is checked, and click "Confirm Security Exception". You will finally be taken to the Members Website, and you will not have to go through this procedure again.

After clicking on the ENTER link above, please select "Show Certificate" as shown below
Finally, ensure that "Always trust * when connecting to members.radiocherwell.com" is checked, and click "Continue". You will now be taken to the Members Website, and you will not have to go through this procedure again.

After clicking on the ENTER link above, you will be presented with the following box. Click the "Security" tab, as shown
On this tab, check the "Remember my choice for this certificate" tick-box, and click "Approve". You will now be taken to the Members Website, and you will not have to go through this procedure again.
